How it works
We offer Psychotherapy for both children and adults.
Our Psychotherapist has worked as a children’s counsellor in several schools and is experienced in supporting children from the age of four with challenging issues including: bereavement, anxiety, depression, abuse, anger, self-harm, low mood, self-esteem, body image, relationship/friendship issues, school issues, family conflicts, sexuality and gender identity.
Age-appropriate, creative, play therapy is incorporated to help children and young people explore, recognise, and understand their feelings and emotions and teach tools and coping strategies to help them better manage their emotional responses.

To begin with, a 15 minute free consultation call will allow you to discuss areas of concern and make sure this approach is suitable for you or your child.
